| 29th January 2010 2009 Draft numbers Although 2009 was a particularly difficult trading year we managed to show a recovery starting in September to finish the year on sales at £1.96m, -15.7%. The first quarter was particularly difficult being -24.1%. PE and paper related packaging sales were more robust and Gross Profit posted -7.74%. EBIT was down -37.79% due in the main to higher personnel costs in recruitment. A small profit was booked for the year. Already the signs are encouraging for 2010 with sales in January bouncing +47.65%. This recovery trend is set to continue with a healthy order book in place and key projects progressing. Full Company results will be available from Companies House in Qtr2/3. |

| 4th June 2009 Easy Open Paper Sacks (Tear Off Bottom - Patent Pending) This new sack is ideal for the end user requiring an easy open contamination free answer for packing and discharging their products to the highest standards. The new development allows the bag to be easily opened quickly and cleanly giving access to the product and functional separation of the PE liner if that model is used. The POM (Pasted Open Mouth) sack has a block bottom for stability and best pack shape with other key benefits including clean and easy closure and discharge. The "Hot-lock" closure system is available in this easy open format giving comprehensive contamination free sacks with no paper particles being separated as can be the case with stitched tops or bases. The sacks comply to HACCP and BRC / IOP procedures and are a clear winner for food, chemical, pharmaceutical and feed applications where the most stringent standards are required. |

| 22nd April 2009 BRC / IOP approval for Paper Sacks We are pleased to announce that we can offer BRC/IOP (British Retail Consortium / Institute of Packaging) approved production facilities for paper sacks, including Pasted Valve (PV) and Pasted Open Mouth (POM)versions, including PE liner models. The global standard (packaging and packaging materials) covers all the criterion for food packs and allows us to offer a fully comprehensive packaging family for food, feed and pet feed powders, granules, flakes, pastilles etc. Warranties are also available to cover all European regulations and directives for packaging coming into contact with food. Others include recycling, packaging waste, energy recovery, composting and bio-degradation. |

| 15th March 2009 AIB approved FIBC factory To satisfy the rigorous demands in the food industry we are pleased to announce the "Superior" rating of 910 from the AIB (American Institute of Bakers) achieved by the factory set up for high end markets. The factory fulfilled the highest rating and requirements of the AIB consolidated standards for food contact packaging manufacturing facilities and will be a particular asset to the portfolio of products we offer. HACCP (Hazards Analysis Critical Control Points) has also been implemented to enhance the level of performance required. These systems give our customers complete confidence in the quality of FIBC (Bulk bags) that we can supply. |
